Bridging the acquired banks and acquirer’s IT Teams, while being responsible for the management of data center digitalization, application lifecycle management, and back-end infrastructure migration, within a post Mergers & Acquisition IT Integration project,

Performed advanced PMO activities at the Program management level of a Security remediation program, focusing on IT Security enhancements & remediations. Managing a portfolio of 40+ projects of different duration & complexity. Project portfolio management & prioritization, Budgeting, Reporting, Steering Committee management & liaising with B & B-1 level stakeholders,

Achievements:

  • Cost savings achieved thanks to clear prioritization of the projects and extensive reduction of duplicated services
  • Significant improvement in the involvement of team members, ensuring the data center digitalization
  • Clear view provided on the status of the program, budget burn-rate, reporting automation

During my more than 2 years of tenure involved as a Business Analyst, Test Manager, Scrum Master, and Project manager:

Implementing a Client On-boarding BPM tool serving to relationship managers, to improve sales. Integration of the BPM procedure & data model with the bank’s core system, release & defect mgmt., leading the functional testing stream and managing teams on-site, and offshore.

Responsible for FINMA-driven regulatory reporting implementation as SCRUM Master, post DB migration data cleansing, hot-fixing & development, while as well involved as technical Ba in a project dealing with implementation of AML alerts management solution within Compliance domain, scripts & automated batch processes design & coding.

Achievements:

  • Managing the testing activities related to the client onboarding tool implementation on time within resource capacities
  • Identifying & remediating significant reporting issues before the bank needed to comply with regulatory directives

Global multi-asset prime brokerage company

On-site defect manager and business analyst, ensuring data quality testing of EoD reporting within an intercontinental data warehouse migration project. Involved in unit, integration, and regression testing. Handling the defect management practices, prioritization, and reporting, bridging product development, risk management, IT, and testing streams.

  • Process streamlining of testing activities, by advising and implementing measures to treat the time difference between the USa & Europe, significantly reducing the time needed for testing iterations

Main capability was unified interface for the re-insurance “calculators” to get offers for individual clients, other insurance companies. Goal was to cut down the time these proposal took to prepare and unify the calculation engine.
